Parish Focus Team
The Focus Team offers a particular service to the parish community as a whole. The role undertaken by its members is
- to hold the Parish Vision
- to nurture its fruitfulness
- to share in the priest’s oversight of parish life
- to help the parish stay focussed on its priorities
This service will be achieved primarily:
- through listening – to all ages, all sectors, all partners (schools, ecumenical, local community)
- through encouragement – of individuals, of ministry groups, of new initiatives
- through objective critique – balancing the challenges and opportunities
that contribute to the overall priorities agreed in the Parish Vision.
