Important Information Friday 3rd July 2020

The newsletter will not be distributed or published until Saturday night or Sunday. This is so we can have the most upto date information available for parishioners.

We are still hoping to open for Mass at 9am on Monday 6th July. Lovely volunteers have started the cleaning today and will be finishing it off tomorrow. Once the Church is cleaned myself, Steven and Father Philip need to cordon off benches, mark out spacing and put up the signage. After this is done we then need to pass a health and safety inspection which will be done via technological routes.

We are hoping to open daily for Mass and numbers will be limited but we do not no how many until all health and safety plans are in place. Also people from the same household can sit together thus meaning at times more people may be permitted than usual. There will definitely be no public Mass on Wednesday 8th July as there is a funeral. As funerals are currently limited to 30 mourners in total then only family and invited mourners should attend.

Please keep checking the website and facebook for regular updates and also please note facemasks will be a requirement (unless medically exempt) when in Church. They are on sale at Premier Hall Green and also Artisan Partisan off facebook (based in Upholland) has reusable ones for sale. A home made face covering would be acceptable.

Each time Church is open we are too have two volunteer stewards and as of yet have just 2 people have volunteered. If you could help please contact me by email. I have attached a description so hope this helps.
